How to Request a Refund

- Your order number (as proof of purchase)
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The reason(s) for the refund
Returning the Goods
To receive a refund, you must ship your purchased goods back to us. You will not be required to pay for shipping. If your request is within the guaranteed 60-day period, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for printing.
We will notify you once we have received the goods, and then we will provide you with a full refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within 10 business days after we acknowledged receipt of your returned goods within the 60-day guarantee, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at refunds@mail.marketix-ai.com.

Damages and issues
