  1. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer our customers great value and service. That's why we provide free tracked standard shipping within the United Kingdom.

  1. Shipping Countries

Currently, we sell and ship only within the United Kingdom. This list may be expanded in the future.

  1. Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch the product(s) the same day if ordered before 11 a.m. on a working day. If ordered after 11 a.m., we normally dispatch the products the next working day. These are our estimates:

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 2-4 business days
  • Maximum delivery time: 7 business days
  • Note: This estimate does not include our 1 workday processing time. Factors such as delayed logistics by the courier may impact the shipping time.

Our fulfilment warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays or annual holiday breaks, when it is closed. In these instances, we take steps to minimize shipment delays.

  1. Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

  1. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation.

We are not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error on our side, we will take full responsibility.

  1. Tracking Notification

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a personal tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment by going to our site under ‘Track Your Order’ based on the latest updates available from the shipping provider.

What if my tracking says “No information available at the moment”? For some shipping companies, it takes a few hours to a couple of days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

  1. Parcels Damaged/Lost in Transit
  • Damaged Parcels: If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact our customer service.
    • Process for Damaged Parcels: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
  • Lost Parcels: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
