How does it work?
It's simple. We'll set up your card, plate, or stand with your provided Google review link, ensuring it's ready to use upon arrival. Your customers can now swiftly leave a review by just tapping their phone on the NFC card/stand/plate or scanning the QR code with their mobile camera app, and will be instantly directed to your Google review page for seamless feedback submission.
For iPhone users, NFC is active by default. Android users may need to activate NFC in settings by navigating to Settings > More > Tap on the NFC switch to activate it.
What is NFC?
NFC stands for Near Field Communication. It's like a super short-range wireless technology that lets any object that has a NFC chip, share info quickly and conveniently with any NFC enabled smartphone, usually within a few centimetres. The chip doesn’t need power.
Does it work with all phones?
It will work with 93% of all smartphones. For iPhone users (XS and above), NFC is active by default. Android users (eg. Samsung Galaxy S6 and above, Pixel, Huawei P10 and above, Xiaomi Mi Mix2 and above, etc.) may need to activate NFC in settings by navigating to Settings > More > Tap on the NFC switch to activate it (if not done already).
Do my customers need an extra app to scan my card?
Nope! Your customers don't need an extra app to scan your card. They can simply use their mobile phone camera to scan the QR code. Plus, since most phones have NFC technology, they can just tap their phone against the card, plate, or stand to provide feedback in seconds. For iPhone users, NFC is active by default. Android users may need to activate NFC in settings by navigating to Settings > More > Tap on the NFC switch to activate it.
Do my customers need a Gmail account to leave a review?
Customers do not necessarily need a Gmail account to leave a Google review. Any valid email address will suffice if it is used to create a Google account.
Most people likely already have a Google account through services like YouTube, Gmail, Google Maps, etc. However, you can leave a Google review without a Gmail account. While Google doesn't widely publicise this, they require reviewers to have a valid email address to prevent spam and fake reviews.
Here’s a step-by-step guide for customers who might not have a Gmail account:
- Sign In or Create Account: When prompted to sign in to leave a review, click on "Create account."
- Use Existing Email: Select "Use my current email address instead" to use an email that isn't Gmail
- Enter Email and Set Password: Enter your existing email address and set a password for your new Google account
- Verify Email: Google will send a verification code to the entered email address. Check your email and enter the verification code to confirm it’s valid.
- Leave a Review: Once verified, you can proceed to rate and review the business.
For customers with a Gmail account, they can leave a review immediately by signing in with their existing Google credentials. This process helps ensure that reviews are legitimate and reduces the chances of spam and fake reviews. Encourage your customers to follow these steps to share their experiences with your business.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free and tracked within the UK. Delivery occurs Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.
